Erik Velasquez
Erik Velasquez, a photographer of Mexican and Salvadoran decent, embarked on his photography journey in 2015 when he adopted it as a hobby. Initially capturing images for his own pleasure, that quickly evolved into producing content for both local and national brands.
Influenced by film photography of the 70s, 80s and 90s along with the innovative styles of contemporary commercial photographers, he blends old and modern aesthetics to document the present with a unique perspective. His current work showcases this fusion, bridging the gap between commercial media and artistic imagery.
